In this, design driven is an essential tool to succeed in creating people centric services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At EHiN 2021, Sigrun Vik, Head of Health at EGGS Design, will share her views on health innovation and how to work hands on with design driven innovation processes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Alfred &#8211; Innovation in surgical education and safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Knut Borch, CINO Alfred Surgery and surgeon at University hospital of North Norway<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Surgery has become immensely complex and the demands for quality and better outcomes are increasing. Surgeons lack assistance to cope with the complexity and a conservative surgical culture stall innovation.<\/p>\n<p>At EHiN 2021 Knut Borch, surgeon at University hospital of North Norway and the CINO at Alfred Surgery, will talk about how challenges in surgical education and safety can be solved by bottom up innovation.
