Welcome to EHiN 2022.

This year we have more than 40 partners! We are thrilled about that, and hope that you will both meet old and new acquaintances!

At EHiN there are many possibilities to get in touch with others, learn from each other and show your own products and offers.

Below you will find important practical information, but don't hesitate to contact the EHiN Team if you have any questions.
The conference will start at 09:00 November 8 and lasts until 16:00 November 9.

Like 2021 EHiN will take place at X Meeting Point at Hellerudsletta, (Kragerudveien 50, 2013 Skjetten)
There are several ways to get there. Read more about transportation here: EHIN 2022

This year we will use the big exhibition hall "Hall 2", in addition to last year's exhibition arena the "Catwalk" on the 2nd floor.

Arena Service Team

Our fair supplier is Arena Service Team.

They will help with building and designing the stand/booth, and deliver all equipment, furniture and other.

Deadlines:
Design assistance, files for print: 17 October
Print files, printable: October 24
Ordering furniture: October 24
After deadlines, 25% will be applied for late bookings

Rigging:

Equipment can be delivered Friday November 4 between 08:00 and 16:00 or Monday November 7 between 08:00 and 22:00. Contact for delivery: Eva-Kristin at prosjektleder1@xmeetingpoint.no

Remember to brand your equipment for the stand, both with your company name and with "EHiN". Installations will start Monday November 7 between 17:00 and 20:00. There will also be staff present from 7:00 in the morning on November 8.

Disassembly will take place Wednesday November 9 between 16:00 and 21:00. NB: we ask that these time slots are respected!

Equipment can be picked up Wednesday November 9 between 17:00 and 21:00 or Thursday November 10 between 08:00 and 16:00.

Registration
For the number of free tickets that are included in your package, use the code: EHIN22PARTNER
For stand personnel only (ticket for NOK 2,000 + VAT) use the code EHIN22STAND.

Unauthorized use of the code will be invoiced later.

Applies to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Moxy prioritizes those with accomodation for 2 nights.

Food

There will be break and lunch servings in two areas in Hall2, and also in the "Catwalk"

November 7:  Restaurant Gård at X Meeting Point is open from 18:00 to 21:00 Mandag. Table reservations should be sent before Friday November 4 at 12:00 to conference@xmeetingpoint.no

Mingling: This year the mingle17:00 - 19:00 November 9 will take place in Hall 2. Music by DJ
- Possibility1: Aperitif at your own stand/booth. Order via Elisabeth. Cost based on the amount you order and waitors needen according to serving rules.
- Possibility 2: Contribute to aperitifs t EHiN bar. Cost: NOK 5000,-

Prices incl. VAT:
The house wine costs NOK. 545 per bottle. It is calculated 5 units from a bottle so about NOK 109 per unit.
The house wine is available as both red and white.

Carlsberg beer costs NOK 99
Aperitif Cava (glass) from kr. 110
Mineral water NOK 55 per bottle

Beer and mineral water are served in bottles / by glass.
Wine and sparkling are served by the glass.

According to the rules surrounding liquor appropriation, a waiter is required to be present. This will cost: NOK 850 per hour, including VAT (three hours)

Dinner and entertainment:

EHiN's traditional dinner will be hosted at X Meeting Point from 19:00 to 22:30, and can be ordred by everyone who has an EHiN ticket. You can expect good food, drinks and inspiring conversations! Included in the dinner is a three-course meal with three units of drink.

• Helene Bøksle is one of Norway's leading singers, known for her enchanting and unique voice. She grew up by the fjords and mountains in southern Norway, and her music is inspired by the sea, the Nordic landscape and the old folk tales. She uses elements of traditional folk music and modern world music in her own works. She has been part of Telenor's cultural program since she was 16 years old. EHiN is proud to have Helene Bøksle as a feature during the gala dinner with her usual pianist, Sindre Hotvedt.
• Funkytown is according to themselves Norway's best and most humble partyband. They cover most of the history of music the last 40 years. We guarantee a great experience! HJEM (funkytown.no)
• We will also welcome DJ Magni at the mingle and party.
• EHiN Awards 2022:
