EHiN 2022 takes place in Oslo at X Meeting Point, Hellerudsletta
EHiN is a full physical conference with parallell sesssions, exhibition areas and most of the program will be streamed online for digital participants. It will also be available on demand.
A checkbox for ordering the dinner will show when you fill out the contact information per ticket.
Available tickets are:
- For the whole conference EHiN 2022, November 8 and 9 (Full conference ticket)
- Only Tuesday November 8 (Day 1 ticket)
- Only Wednesday November 9 (Day 2 ticket)
- Digital access (Digital ticket)
- Ticket for the dinner Tuesday evening if not chosen during previous checkout (Dinner 8 November) Deadline expired. Further orders are entered in waiting list.

Sessions at the conference will be filmed and photographed. Both a cameraman and a photographer will be at the conference to take photos/film of the conference in general, such as in the stand-area, halls and more. If you have been filmed or photographed but wish to withdraw your consent, please contact web@ehin.no.
FAQ
Do I need to bring a physical copy of my ticket to the conference?
- You can bring either the QR-code on your phone, or a printed ticket. You will also receive your ticket via SMS the day before the conference.
What are the refund rules?
- We refund 100% of the amount until 30 days before the conference. After that, plesse contact faktura@ehin.no.
Please ask if you have further questions about refunding.
Will the conference be filmed/streamed?
- All sessions will be filmed and streamed. Also note that we have a photographer present throughout the conference.

EHiN's traditional dinner will be hosted at X Meeting Point from 19:00 to 22:30, and can be ordred by everyone who has an EHiN ticket. You can expect good food, drinks and inspiring conversations!
Entertainment during the gala dinner:
Helene Bøksle is one of Norway's leading singers, known for her enchanting and unique voice. She grew up by the fjords and mountains in southern Norway, and her music is inspired by the sea, the Nordic landscape and the old folk tales. She uses elements of traditional folk music and modern world music in her own works. She has been part of Telenor's cultural program since she was 16 years old.
EHiN is proud to have Helene Bøksle as a feature during the gala dinner with her usual pianist, Sindre Hotvedt.
Funkytown is according to themselves Norway's best and most humble partyband. They cover most of the history of music the last 40 years. We guarantee a great experience! HJEM (funkytown.no)
We will also welcome DJ Magni at the mingle and party.
