Lars is a thought-leader in the use of Telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring in Norway, and advisor to everything from policymakers in Parliament, Government bodies and Local Municipal levels.<\/p>\n<p>He focuses on understanding and overcoming the organizational inhibitors of healthcare providers to start and scale up the use of Telehealth\/Remote Patient Monitoring.\u00a0 Before Dignio, Lars held management positions in Telecom operators and IT-vendors, like HP.
