The concept of \u2018interoperability,\u2019 especially on an international perspective, is way behind other areas. Both the industry and the European Union are working on initiatives to take the next step.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cross border use of data, for both clinical and scientific use, can drive innovation and give citizens better health services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Norges innsats for EHDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>v\/Marianne B\u00e5rtvedt van Os, Direktoratet for e-helse<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norge deltar i flere prosjekter som er knyttet til EUs European Health data Space.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MyHealth@EU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>v\/Gunnar \u00d8iaas, Norsk helsenett og Anja I. Ulseth-Skogan, Direktoratet for e-helse<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helse- og omsorgsdepartementet har besluttet at Norge skal knytte seg til den europeiske infrastrukturen for deling av helsedata, som omtales som \u00abMyHealth@EU\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koblingen til \u00abMyHealth@EU\u00bb betyr at norsk helsepersonell enkelt skal kunne hente helsedata om pasienter fra EU som opps\u00f8ker en norsk helseinstitusjon med behov for hjelp. Dette skal bidra til \u00e5 \u00f8ke pasientsikkerheten til EU-borgere som befinner seg i Norge.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nordic exchange starts in Estonia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>v\/T\u00f5nis Jaagus, TEHIK, Health and Welfare Information Systermjs Centre, Estonia<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starting from 3rd of August 2023, Estonias ePrescription and Patient Summary data exchange is open with Spain.
