Mandy has a broad experience with EHR implementation, on a technical as well as an organisational level, and has worked with Epic for 11 years across various organisations in the Netherlands and Europe. Two years ago she fully transitioned to working on AI implementation, and is now leading the AI program at ETZ. She will be presenting on the elements that are required to successfully implement AI in healthcare, not just as pieces of functionality into the EHR but as a new technology into the organisation as a whole.
