Filip has been part of Ascom’s journey for a significant part of his career. Starting close to the practical implementation of solutions, he has developed a broad understanding of how technology, people and clinical workflows need to work together to create meaningful value in healthcare.

Today, Filip focuses on bringing technologies and solutions together into connected ecosystems that support more efficient clinical workflows and better use of information. This gives him a perspective that spans from how technology works in the clinical environment to how connected solutions can help healthcare move from reactive towards more proactive and data-driven care.
