Aurelia Mihk

Aurelia leads TEHIK’s personalized-medicine services in the national health information system. She is bringing Estonia’s first such service live in 2026. This is breast-cancer prevention service based on a polygenic risk score, aimed at finding elevated-risk women outside the current 50–74 screening group. Upcoming services in her portfolio include pharmacogenetics in clinical decision support and to scaling the reuse of genetic data in the health information system, with further genetic-data services planned toward 2031.
