Hans Enger Gallis
Hans Enger Gallis er leder av GNIST i Sykehuspartner HF. Han har over en lengre periode hatt fokus på hvordan Sykehuspartner kan tilrettelegge for og skalere innovasjon og utvikling på helseforetakene i Helse Sør-Øst.
Før Hans begynte i Sykehuspartner var han med på å grunnlegge fire programvareselskaper, og han har jobbet som forsker ved Simula Research Laboratory og Universitet i Oslo, hvor han var forfatter og medforfatter på 10+ forskningsartikler, hovedsakelig innenfor domenet «Software engineering». Hans er også medforfatter på boken «Innovasjon i praksis – Veien til den andre siden» samt oppfølgeren «Innovasjonsboka», og er fortsatt engasjert i det norske IT-startup miljøet.
Hans Enger Gallis is the head of GNIST at Sykehuspartner HF. For an extended period, he has focused on how Sykehuspartner can facilitate and scale innovation and development across the health trusts in South-Eastern Norway.
Before joining Sykehuspartner, Hans co-founded four software companies and worked as a researcher at Simula Research Laboratory and the University of Oslo, where he authored and co-authored more than 10 research articles, primarily in the field of software engineering. He is also co-author of the books Innovation in Practice – The Road to the Other Side and its follow-up The Innovation Book, and remains actively involved in the Norwegian IT startup community.
