Christian Mogensen
Christian Mogensen is the Nordic Head of Public Policy at Snap Inc., where he leads the company’s engagement with policymakers, NGOs, and civil society across the Nordic region. His work focuses on promoting safe, inclusive, and youth-centered digital environments.
Prior to joining Snap, Mogensen served as a senior advisor and team lead at Denmark’s Tech Embassy in Silicon Valley, where he worked in the intersection of technology, diplomacy, and innovation. He also spent over seven years at the Center for Digital Youth Care (Center for Digital Pædagogik), where he specialized in online behavior, youth culture, and digital safety. In this role, he became known for his ability to bridge generational gaps between digital-native communities and policymakers.
Mogensen has contributed to several Nordic research initiatives, including leading the Danish chapter of NORDREF, a project focused on combating gender-based digital abuse. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Aarhus University.
