Elen Høeg
Elen Høeg ble ansatt som Health2Bs første daglige leder i oktober 2023. Hun er cand.pharm fra UiO med lang erfaring fra legemiddelindustrien, og har i ulike roller jobbet med rammeverk for hele verdikjeden til et legemiddel fra forskning og utvikling, produksjon og kvalitetssikring, regulatorisk godkjenning, markedstilgang/HTA til offentlige anskaffelser og global allokering.
Elen kom til stillingen fra det offentlig-private partnerskapet Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), hvor hun de siste fire årene har vært sentral i det globale samarbeidet pandemiberedskaps-samarbeidet knyttet til vaksineutvikling og distribusjon.
Elen Høeg was appointed as Health2B’s first CEO in October 2023. She holds a cand.pharm. degree from the University of Oslo and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in various roles across the entire value chain of a medicine, from research and development, production and quality assurance, regulatory approval, market access/HTA, to public procurement and global allocation.
Elen joined the position from the public-private partnership Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), where she has spent the past four years playing a central role in global pandemic preparedness collaboration related to vaccine development and distribution.
