Håkon Haugli
Håkon Haugli har siden 2019 vært administrerende direktør i Innovasjon Norge. Han kom fra stillingen som administrerende direktør i Abelia, NHOs landsforening for kunnskaps- og teknologibedrifter.
Haugli er utdannet jurist ved Universitetet i Oslo og representerte Oslo Arbeiderparti på Stortinget i perioden 2009-13. Han var først medlem av Kommunal- og forvaltningskomiteen, så nestleder i Helse- og omsorgskomiteen.
Før perioden på Stortinget hadde Haugli flere lederstillinger i Gjensidige Forsikring og Gjensidige Pensjon og Sparing. Fø dette var han ansatt i konsulentselskapene McKinsey & Co. og ISCO Group.
Han sitter i styret i Arbeidsgiverforeningen Spekter og Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, og har tidligere bl.a. vært medlem av styret til Lånekassen, samt av SINTEFs råd og Patentstyrets råd. Han var medlem av EOS-utvalget, Stortingets kontrollutvalg for etterretnings-, overvåkings- og sikkerhetstjenestene, i perioden 2013-19.
Haugli tok et år på videregående som utvekslingselev til Australia og jobbet etter jussutdanningen atten måneder i USA.
Håkon Haugli has been the CEO of Innovation Norway since 2019. He came from the position of CEO at Abelia, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise’s (NHO) national association for knowledge and technology companies. Haugli holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and represented the Oslo Labour Party in the Norwegian Parliament (Storting) from 2009 to 2013. He was initially a member of the Committee on Local Government and Public Administration, and later deputy chair of the Committee on Health and Care Services.
Before his time in Parliament, Haugli held several leadership positions at Gjensidige Insurance and Gjensidige Pension and Savings. Prior to that, he worked at the consulting firms McKinsey & Co. and ISCO Group.
He serves on the boards of the Employers’ Association Spekter and the DNB Savings Bank Foundation, and has previously been a board member of the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen), as well as a member of SINTEF’s council and the Norwegian Industrial Property Office’s advisory board. He was a member of the EOS Committee, the Parliament’s oversight committee for intelligence, surveillance, and security services, from 2013 to 2019. Haugli spent a year in high school as an exchange student in Australia and worked for eighteen months in the United States after completing his law degree.
