Laura Martín Colet is a Project Manager in digital health, with experience in deploying solutions for remote patients monitoring. Laura has coordinated the INCA Consortium, who presented and developed the INCA solution for the CareMatrix European challenge, aimed at providing solutions for the management of multimorbid patients.
