What challenges do you see in the digital transformation of healthcare, and how are you contributing?

The digital transformation of healthcare must overcome several challenges: addressing the shortage of human resources, integrating seamlessly without adding to caregivers’ workload, and ensuring trust through privacy-respecting solutions. At OSO-AI, we provide a concrete response with our acoustic monitoring , the “Enhanced Ear for Caregivers.” It instantly detects distress situations (falls, calls for help, respiratory distress, etc.)—without cameras or buttons. Our mission is to give caregivers back valuable care time while improving safety and comfort for residents.Do you have any concrete examples of projects or solutions you have been involved in recently?
We already equip over 3,000 rooms in France, Zwitserland, Monaco, Guyane. We recently started also in Japan and Danemark. Our solution enables caregivers to save up to one hour of care per day, make organisation fluide and help the attractivity of the établissement. We are also working with AP-HP (Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris) to explore new alerts of distress situations in the healthcare. Our ambition is clear: to secure the daily lives of vulnerable people while improving caregivers’ quality of work life. How do you work with user involvement and community engagement in health innovation?
Health innovation only makes sense if it is co-created. That’s why we involve caregivers, facility managers, and families from the very beginning in the development and deployment of our solutions. Our AI was designed in close collaboration with the field, building a unique sound database thanks to real-life use cases in nursing homes, MAS, and FAM. We are also supported by a scientific and ethical team of specialists in Healthcare. In addition, every facility is supported by our dedicated customer service team, providing training, follow-up, and continuous improvement. What are you most looking forward to at EHiN 2025?
We are excited to engage with the international healthcare innovation community. For OSO-AI, EHiN 2025 will be an opportunity to share our field experience, discover complementary approaches, and create synergies around a shared vision::index_vers_la_droite: a digital transformation of healthcare that is useful, ethical, and sustainable.
