Games for Health Europe

Games for Health

Games for Health Europe Foundation is Europe’s leading professional organization in the field of applied games. We bring together the best minds in game development and healthcare to develop game technologies that improve health and the delivery of healthcare. Games for Health Europe is a non-profit organization that was founded by Jurriaan & Sandra van Rijswijk in 2010.

The 11th edition of the Games for Health Europe Conference will take place at the Natlab, located in the creative and cultural heart of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This monumental building is known worldwide as the former Philips Physics Laboratory, where Einstein once stood and the CD was invented.

Games for Health Europe Conference 2026 – Beyond the Hype

Join the Games for Health Europe Conference on March 30 & 31 2026 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands: the international exchange on serious games in healthcare. Healthcare professionals, scientists, innovation strategists and game developers from thirteen different countries will gather to discover, learn, play, and forge new collaborations.

Beyond the Hype, Towards Real Progress
This year, we focus on implementing health innovations beyond their hype; where lies the true power of gamification, XR, AI, and medtech? Let’s cut through the noise and uncover the real value, the realistic and applicable, of playful technologies.

Our conference is one of action and interaction: we have escape rooms, games, live demonstrations and lots of hands-on workshops – guaranteed you’ll leave this conference with something new!
