EHiN has over 250 speakers, and we need your help to ensure a smooth organization and execution. You are responsible for ensuring that your presentation is in place and that you know when and where you are scheduled to be on stage. You must also check that your listing in the program is correct and contact the session moderator, who will be your primary point of contact at EHiN 2025. You can find your moderator in the program.
For moderators at EHiN
FOR THOSE MODERATING AT EHiN
Your most important job is to create energy, curiosity and direction in the room.
You don’t need to be the person who knows the most about the topic. Your role is to bring out the knowledge, experience and perspectives of those on stage – and make the audience want to listen.
KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING
Have a clear sense of what you want to achieve before you step on stage.
Are you there to:
- understand a challenge?
- find or showcase solutions?
- uncover barriers?
- challenge established assumptions?
- inspire someone to do something differently?
If you know where you’re going, it’s much easier to keep the conversation on track.
CREATE CURIOSITY – DON’T READ CVs
The audience doesn’t need the full backstory of everyone on stage.
Give them just enough to understand why this person is particularly interesting to hear from right now.
Keep introductions short and relevant. A question, a bold statement or something unexpected can be a great way to spark curiosity.
STAY ON TOPIC
A good conversation can take many directions. Your job is to make sure it doesn’t lose sight of its purpose.
Ask follow-up questions. Ask for concrete examples. Feel free to interrupt long answers. Challenge the speakers when needed.
The goal is not to get through every question you prepared – it’s to bring out what is genuinely interesting.
CREATE ENERGY IN THE ROOM
Look at the audience. Involve them. Notice when something sparks engagement – and stay with it for a little longer.
KEEP AN EYE ON THE TIME
A conference session is not the same as a lecture. Your job is to help make sure that everyone on stage leaves the audience wanting to hear more.
And out of respect for the other speakers and everyone in the room, it is absolutely okay to interrupt someone who is running over time.
You can step in and say something like:
“This is really interesting, and we would love to hear more – but we’ll have to save that for another time.”
An EHiN session is not just about sharing knowledge.
It should leave us a little wiser, a little more curious – and, ideally, with the motivation to do something.
Delivery of your presentation
Upload your presentation here:
Deadline for delivery: November 5th at 23:59 at the latest.
If you have to deliver your presentations after the deadline, do so as soon as possible.
Any changes, edits or delays have to be communicated to christian@ehin.no.
- All presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format. Keynote, PDF, or online links will not be accepted.
- The file name for your presentation must be: YourName_RoomName_Day_Time.pptx
- Ex.: Christian Andersen_Red-box_Nov10_1030.pptx
- Other content must be named: YourName_RoomName_Day_Time_VIDEO.mp4
- Ex.: Christian Andersen_Red-box_Nov10_1030_VIDEO.mp4
- If you have content other than video, replace "video" with a descriptive name for that content.
Please submit your presentation as early as possible and before the deadline. This gives us time to guarantee that the presentation is in place for the conference. If your presentation is delayed or you are unable to send it for other reasons, please contact christian@ehin.no.
For the best display of presentations or other content, please use an image resolution of 1920x1080, with a 16:9 ratio (the standard in PowerPoint, etc.).
Please review the information and your picture in the program to ensure they are correct. Also, check that the title and introduction are accurate.
It is important that you know the room and time for your presentation/panel discussion. You will find this in the program as well. If information is missing or incorrect, please send an email to: cora@ehin.no.
If you wish to use the EHiN PowerPoint slide templates, you can find them here.
You will be equipped with a lapel mic or handheld microphone during your session. There are 6 lapel/handheld microphones in use in Gray-box and 4 in all other rooms. If the session requires more, you will share the microphones. A technician will assist with this.
Please arrive for your session in good time, so we know you are here and can assist with any technical questions or other needs.
Contact your moderator beforehand - the moderator can help with the structure and focus. You can find the moderator for your session in the program.
Filming and streaming
EHiN 2026 is a hybrid conference. The Gray-box, Green-box, Pink-box, Purple-box, Red-box, A3, and A4 rooms will be filmed and streamed. There will be technicians in each room to manage this. Most of the content will be streamed in the Tappin conference suite. The content will be available to everyone registered for EHiN 2026.
If you do not wish for your presentation to be made available, please contact christian@ehin.no.
Meet the speaker
This year, we are introducing the opportunity for attendees to meet speakers for questions and conversation after their session.
How it works:
15 minutes after your session has finished, speakers who wish to participate should go to the designated area:
- Speakers from partner organizations should go to their partner's own booth.
- Speakers who are not directly affiliated with a partner that has a booth should go to the "Meet the Speaker" area in the exhibition hall.
You do not need to sign up for this; attendees will be informed that interested speakers will be available in these areas after their sessions.
Register for the conference
Everyone must register for the conference, and if you have not already done so, we ask that you do it as soon as possible!
There are different methods and agreements for registration at EHiN. If you have been invited by the program committee and work in the public sector, you can contact us for a code for free registration.
For partners who are also speakers, you have a specific number of tickets included in your partner package. To use these, please use the code that was sent with the exhibitor information. If you need more tickets than what is included in your package, you can order a "Partner Ticket" at a reduced price.
With a code:
- Go to the ticket page.
- Click on the blue text "I have a discount code", enter the code, and click "Validate".
- A green text confirming that the code has been approved should appear.
- Select the tickets you need and fill out the fields that appear.
- When filling out the ticket details, you can check the box to indicate whether or not you will attend the dinner.
- Fill out the remaining information and complete the order. You should be taken to a thank you page and receive an email confirmation once the order is complete.
Without a code:
- Go to step 2 above and follow the same instructions.
Conference dinner
The dinner after the first conference day will be on November 10th at 19:00.
Please see the "Registration" section for instructions on how to sign up for the dinner.
All those invited by the program committee have the opportunity to attend the conference dinner for free. If this applies to you, you can sign up by emailing monika@ehin.no by Thursday, November 6th at 23:59. It is still possible to sign up after this date, but we cannot guarantee a seat at the table.
Aperitif Before the Dinner
Everyone is welcome to an aperitif before the dinner in the exhibition area between 17:00 and 18:45 on November 10th. You do not need to be registered for the dinner to attend, and there is no sign-up for the aperitif.
Venue - practical information
The conference will be held at X Meeting Point, Hellerudsletta.
There are several ways to get to X Meeting Point. There is ample parking, and bus options are available.
All practical info on transport, hotels, food, etc., can be found here.
All conference rooms are clearly marked so you can easily find your session. A quiet area (Room B2) has been set aside for all speakers on the 2nd floor of the meeting center. Here, you can make your final preparations before your presentation.
Social media
We want as many people as possible to know about our fantastic speakers, the breadth of the conference, and the high-quality professional content. In connection with this, we ask all speakers who are able to please share their session on their channels and on social media.
