He has worked in the specialist health service, the healthcare service in the municipality and the private non-profit sector for 15 years, before working in the Norwegian Directorate of Health for the last 10 years. Education: Physiotherapist, Bachelor of Management, Master in Health Administration.

Elisabeth Jakobsen is the communications manager at the Cancer Registry of Norway. She has also been communications manager at the National Center for e-health - back when it was still called telemedicine. Jakobsen has a background as a journalist, and worked for many years in NRK's newsroom at Marienlyst in Oslo, but she is a computer scientist by training, with a Master's in health informatics.

Ellen Normannseth is a special adviser in KS (the Municipal Sector's organisation), in the FID eHealth department. She is a nurse and has a master's degree in health informatics. She has experience from the specialist health service, the municipal sector and EPJ provider. She is concerned with how technological opportunities are best utilized so that the municipalities can provide citizens with good quality health services, while at the same time they are equipped to meet tomorrow's challenges.

Iselin Holmedal Marstrander

Iselin Holmedal Marstrander is a special adviser on policy and program and responsible for precision medicine, research, cancer and politics at EHiN. Iselin has a master's degree in technology, innovation and knowledge from the University of Oslo (UiO) with a focus on precision medicine and technology in the treatment of brain cancer. She is deputy chair of the Brain Tumor Association (HSF) and sits on the central user committee at OUS and is also a user assistant in research. In EHiN, she works with research and development, precision medicine, health data, cancer and politics.

Anita is educated in marketing communications and finance, and has worked in industries such as technology, telecommunications and pharma/dietary supplements. She became communications manager at Norway Health Tech in 2015, but in August 2022 transferred to operational management at Nordic Neurotech, which developed new tools to meet challenges in mental health. In June 2023, she started as communications manager at Sunnaas hospital. Anita has worked extensively with health policy issues, regulatory issues and ordinances, management and talent development.

Ida Susanna Fattah is a trained doctor, and started MedLytic to bring healthcare professionals' insights into the development of services and tools in the healthcare system; "on demand" and research-based. She is a driving force to increase the speed of innovation in the health sector, and has a passion for health technology, public health and project management. In addition to being the CEO of MedLytic, she is assistant municipal doctor, university lecturer in social medicine.

Stein Olav Skrøvseth

Stein Olav Skrøvseth is center manager at the National Center for e-Health Research. In 2008, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Sydney in Australia, before being employed as a researcher at the National Center for Interaction and Telemedicine in Tromsø in 2009. There he led several research projects in statistics, medical image processing, machine learning, pattern recognition and data analysis.

Nard Schreurs is CEO of EHiN and was previously director of eHealth in ICT Norway. Among other things, he has a background as a journalist in Computerworld, where he was editor of the supplement "IT-Helse". He has worked with e-health since 2007, and has both started and built up the Healthworld conference and the EHiN conference. EHiN (E-Health in Norway) moved in 2016 to Oslo Spektrum, but since 2021 has been held at X Meeting Point in Hellerudsletta. In 2022, the conference had 1,600 participants.
