X Hotel is located in the same building as the conference center. (Currently, it is fully booked, but feel free to check back as cancellations may occur.)

Train
We recommend taking the train from Oslo/Gardermoen to Lillestrøm station, where we set up our own shuttle buses.

Trains from depart from Oslo S to Lillestrøm every 10 minutes. See vy.no.
The Airport Express train also stops at Lillestrøm.

If you arrive by train outside the times for our shuttle buses, there are also regular buses with a stop at Hellerudsletta.

Bus (Ruter)
By Ruter (local bus company): There are regular scheduled buses from Oslo S to X Meeting Point, Skjetten. See Ruter.no.
Bus 380 from Oslo S to Hellerud runs twice an hour and takes approx. 40 min.

Shuttle bus from Lillestrøm station (Outside Scandic Hotel Lillestrøm, Stillverksveien)
Shuttle buses will be arranged both conference days. The shuttle buses to X Meeting Point on the morning of November 12 require a separate ticket.

Airport bus
The airport bus leaves from Gardermoen (FB1, platform 11) and stops near the X Meeting Point.

Car
It is easy to drive from both Oslo and Lillestrøm. We recommend that everyone who wants to use a car look at the possibility of carpooling.

Remember to plan for rush hour times, as there is often a lot of traffic in and out of Lillestrøm.

Other transport
It is possible to take a taxi from Lillestrøm station to X Meeting Point (at your own expense).

X Meeting Point is located on Hellerudsletta along RV 22 between Hvam and Gjelleråsen - just off the E6, and midway between Oslo and Gardermoen. The road to Hellerudsletta is signposted from the E6 at Hotell Olavsgaard and along RV 4 from Gjelleråsen. You spend 15 minutes by car from Oslo.

X Meeting Point has thousands of parking spaces in front of the meeting centre. Payment takes place at one of the parking machines or by using Easypark.

X Meeting Point's premises are universally designed with a lift, open premises, wide doorways and adapted toilets.

Break time and lunch are served both days. Coffee and water will be available. Allergy- and preference-friendly options will also be served.

Lunch will be available between 11:00 and 14:00 in the exhibition hall. Eat when it suits you best.

Festive dinner on November 12
After the program ends on day one, November 12th, there will be an aperitif from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by the conference dinner. Doors will open at 7:00 PM.

The dinner requires a separate ticket, and includes a three-course meal, three drinks and entertainment during and after the dinner. The ticket can be purchased together with the conference ticket as an additional option after participant information has been entered. Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the conference. Presentation of the EHiN Awards 2024
Announcement of the winner and distribution of the EHiN Awards 2024 will take place during the dinner. More information about the EHiN Awards to come.

Dresscode:
Semi formal

An EHiN app - "Tappin" - will be released shortly before the conference opens. In the app you can find your ticket, programme, information about speakers and other useful information. More information will be sent by e-mail to all participants.

When it comes to lead generation in Tappin, the individual participant will actively share their information. The participant has also approved to have access to the app and you can override whether you want to be visible or not.

We refund tickets up to 30 days after the purchased ticket, but no more than 30 days before the conference. Contact ehin@ehin.no if you have any questions.

Please note that we have a photographer present throughout the conference and that all sessions will be filmed and streamed.

Earlybird tickets are available until September 15, 2024 at 23:59 (Norwegian time). After the end of the offer, the prices will increase to the standard price.

Super-Earlybird provides an extra discounted price and is available until June 14, 2024 at 23:59 (Norwegian time). The offer only applies to public and non-commercial organisations. After the end of the offer, the prices will increase to the earlybird price. There are only 100 Super-Earlybird tickets available.

The conference is filmed and streamed. If you do not have the opportunity to come to us, you can order a digital ticket that contains the entire program digitally. Access is sent out the day before the conference.

We believe that there are important conversations being taken up at the conference, and we want as many people as possible to benefit from it.
