About awards

We want to honor and shine a spotlight on outstanding digital solutions that help improve everyday healthcare for patients, relatives, and staff. Do you know of a solution – either completed or still in development – that deserves some extra attention and recognition? If so, we hope you’ll nominate the candidate using our nomination form.

The winner will be announced, and the award will be presented during the gala dinner at EHiN 2025 on November 11.

Please note: Nominations will be evaluated by a jury based on the content and information provided about the candidate. A high number of nominations for the same candidate will not influence the jury’s decision.

Criteria

Criteria for the nominations:

  • An innovative digital e-health solution that is either fully developed or currently under development in Norway.
  • It has been, or will be, implemented in national, regional, municipal, international, or private healthcare services - whether in institutions, homes, leisure settings, or workplaces.
  • The solution should contribute to an improved everyday health experience for its target group.
  • It utilizes new digital opportunities in an innovative way.
  • The solution may be commercial or non-commercial.
  • It may have distinctive and unique characteristics.
  • The process of developing and implementing the solution should have been carried out and completed in a respectable and inclusive manner for all involved parties.
  • The solution is already in use by others or is in the process of being shared.
  • Implementation must have taken place in 2024 or 2025.
  • The solution respects fundamental principles of security, privacy, and design.
