Digital access for you or your team
Most of the program will be filmed and streamed. If you do not have the opportunity to come to us, you can order a digital ticket that gives access to the program digitally. Access is sent out the day before the conference.
We believe that there are important conversations being held at the conference, and we want as many people as possible to benefit from it. If there are more of you who want to watch the conference digitally, we can offer a digital team/department package! Contact ehin@ehin.no so we can find a solution!
Dinner
After the end of the program on the first day November 11, the table will be set for conferencedinner. The dinner requires a separate ticket, and includes a three-course meal, three drinks and entertainment during and after the dinner. The ticket can be purchased together with the conference ticket as an additional option after participant information has been entered. It can also be purchased seperatlely, but will include an extra ticketfee of NOK 100. The dinner costs NOK 1040 excl.VAT. / 1300 incl.VAT. If you have any questions, please contact ehin@ehin.no.
Earlybird and Super-Earlybird
Earlybird tickets are available until June 30, 2025. After the offer ends, the prices will increase to that of standard tickets.
Super-Earlybird provides an extra discount on top of the normal earlybird price and is available until May 31, 2025. The offer is only eligable for the public sector and non-commercial organisations. After the offer ends, the prices will increase to normal earlybird tickets. There are only 100 Super-Earlybird tickets available.
Student prices
Are you a student looking for a student discount? Check with your institution to see if they have an agreement with EHiN; otherwise, contact us at ehin@ehin.no. All participating students must meet the following conditions:
- The offer is only valid for full-time students at a college or university.
- The offer requires that the main occupation is studies, not full-time employment.
- A valid student ID must be presented upon registration and attendance.
- Student tickets are personal and cannot be resold.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
If you would like to inquire about student offers on behalf of a study program, institution, or association, you can contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Refunds
We can refund tickets up to 30 days after original purchase, but no more than 30 days before the conference. Contact ehin@ehin.no if you have questions about or wish to request a refund.
