Johnny Advocaat
Johnny Advocaat er direktør for kvalitet og digitalisering i Sykehjemsetaten i Oslo kommune. Han leder arbeidet med digitalisering, tjenesteinnovasjon og kvalitetsutvikling på tvers av byens helsehus og sykehjem. Johnny har lang erfaring fra både offentlig forvaltning og konsulentbransjen, blant annet Helsedirektoratet, EY og Sopra Steria. Han har bred kompetanse innen pasientsikkerhet, kvalitetsforbedring og helseteknologi, og har tidligere vært medlem av rådgivende utvalg i BMJ og Dansk Selskab for Patientsikkerhed.
Johnny Advocaat is Director of Quality and Digitalization at the Agency for Nursing Homes in the City of Oslo. He leads the agency’s work on digital transformation, service innovation and quality systems across Oslo’s health houses and nursing homes. With a background from both public administration and consulting, including roles at the Norwegian Directorate of Health, EY and Sopra Steria, Johnny brings extensive experience in patient safety, quality improvement and health technology. He has also served on advisory boards for BMJ and the Danish Society for Patient Safety.
