Included in the tickets
The full conference ticket and day tickets give access to the conference, all sessions, the exhibition area, lunch and food during breaks. These tickets also provide access to all digital content during and after EHiN 2021, until 1st of January 2022.
The dinner ticket for the evening of November 9th is sold separately. It can be purchased either with a conference ticket or separately another time. If bought separately there will be an extra ticketfee of 100 NOK.
The digital tickets provide access to all digital content: Streams from the five main stages and some special broadcasts (interviews/reportages). Streamed content will be marked on the website. This ticket grants access to all digital content during and after EHiN 2021, until 1st of January 2022.

How can I contact the organizer with questions?
You can contact the organizer by e-mail, see contact information here. Questions regarding your ticket or payment can be sent to faktura@ehin.no.
What is our refund policy?
We refund 100% up to 30 days in advance of the conference, after that contact faktura@ehin.no. Please get in touch if you have questions about refunds.
What about corona?
The conference will procede as per usual. No restrictions.
If any new restrictions are implemented, we will of course follow them, and it will be possible to refund or change your ticket to a digital one.
Do I have to bring the printed ticket to the event?
You can either take the QR code with you on your phone or on a printed ticket. You will also receive your ticket via SMS the day before the conference.
Where can I book accomodation?
If you need to book accomodations at the venue, you can do so here. When you arrive at the hotel-website: scroll down to find available rooms.
The Moxy Hotel is Integrated with the conference locale, X Meeting Point. Rooms here are reserved for EHiN attendees.
We have recently experiened some problems with the booking system. If you are told that it is full, take contact with us.
If you wish for another hotel, we recommend Radisson and Park Inn Hotel at Alna in Oslo.
We will set up for shuttle busses depending on demand.
The EHiN app.
Short time before the conference opens, an EHiN app will be launched. It will contain useful information like updates, the program, speakers and so on.
