Info for speakers at EHiN 2022

Thank you for being a speaker at EHiN 2022!

EHiN is a platform where we want to showcase many different aspects of digitalisation. This means that the program is large and complex. It is therefore important that you follow up your session, time slot and delivery of the presentation yourself.

Each session has a moderator - contact your moderator in advance to discuss the setup of the session. Feel free to contact the others in your session as well.

At EHiN at X Meeting Point: find out in good time where your session is. Contact the moderator. Check out the room itself, so you know where to be. Make sure you show up in good time, and check if your presentation is in place (there are technicians in all rooms).

This year, almost all sessions are filmed. Relate to the camera as well as the audience. The content of EHiN is streamed directly and is available afterwards.

Presentations:

Presentations must be uploaded to Preseria. All speakers and moderators have received a separate email with login to this.
Videos to be shown must be uploaded in Preseria, and communicated to the moderator and christian@ehin.no.
If you want to show something beyond presentations and video, you must contact christian@ehin.no and your moderator.
Presentations must be in 16:9 format.

If you are going to have a presentation (PowerPoint etc.) you can use one of EHiN's templates for slides, or you can choose to use your own. See EHiN 2022 PowerPoint templates (Google Drive) here.

EHiN is a platform where we want to showcase many different aspects of digitalisation. This means that the program is large and complex. It is therefore important that you, as moderator, take responsibility for the delivery of the session's speaker presentations

Feel free to contact everyone in your session.

At EHiN at X Meeting Point: find out in good time where your session is. Check out the room, so you know where to be. Make sure you arrive in the room in good time, and check whether the presentations have arrived (there are technicians in all rooms).
