Rachel Dunscombe
Chief Digital Advisor, Dedalus
Rachel is Chief Digital Advisor for Dedalus and Visiting Professor at Imperial College London. She has over 25 years of experience in the UK NHS, academia, management consulting and technology industry. For the last five years, she has been CEO of the NHS Digital Academy for the UK. In recent years she has also led the Arch collaborative global for KLAS research and supported the big 4 in consulting in Australia, New Zealand, US, Europe and low to middle-income countries.
She will explain on EHiN 2022 how a true operational change through data-driven decisions could be structured.
