Scharlett Hansson
Scharlett Hansson is the product owner at Estonian Health and Welfare Information Systems Center, where she is responsible for ensuring the national technical capacity to describe health-related metadata, build metamodel, that is semantically interoperable across different data exchange standards, also design & build connectors for other catalogues, both nationally and across borders. She is passionate about metadata, cataloguing, interoperability (semantic and technical).
Prior, Scharlett worked as a project manager at the Social Insurance Board, bringing national mental health services closer to the population. Connecting the community and supporting people with mental health services and raising awareness of the primary help available and accessible.
