Opportunity: Norwegian-German Trade Mission in Healthcare

Between April 20 and April 23, 2026, DREBERIS GmbH in cooperation with Management Consultant Hilde E. Bjerke will conduct a business trade mission to Germany on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

Germany is Europe’s largest healthcare market—worth around EUR 490 billion—and leads the continent in market volume, number of patients, medical technology manufacturers, and healthcare providers. It is also regarded as Europe’s innovation leader in medical technology. This unique combination of market size, technological leadership, and innovation capacity makes Germany one of the most attractive and strategically important healthcare markets for international companies.

Purpose and Program

A highlight of the trade mission will be individual networking meetings between Norwegian companies and potential German partners, as well as the fully organized visit to DMEA – Europe’s leading exhibition in digital health. In addition, German experts will present their innovative solutions and cooperation potential during the Norwegian-German Conference and networking event, providing Norwegian participants with deeper insights into the German healthcare landscape.
