Studytour to Tallinn: Estonia HealthTech Discovery Mission
Estonia HealthTech Discovery Mission: See the digital health solutions Norway is looking towards
Tallinn, 15–16 March 2027
The Norwegian Health Reform Committee has identified data sharing as one of the key challenges for the future of Norwegian healthcare. In its new report Én helsetjeneste (NOU 2026:12), the Committee points towards Estonia as a reference.
Now we invite you to come and see how it works in practice.

On 15–16 March 2027, we are bringing a Norwegian delegation to Tallinn for an Estonia HealthTech Discovery Mission, organised in connection with EHiN and together with Enterprise Estonia and Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During two days, we will look behind Estonia’s digital health infrastructure and meet some of the organisations and companies putting it into practice. The programme will explore data sharing, interoperability and digital healthcare solutions through visits, expert discussions and concrete use cases.
And we want the mission to address the questions that matter most to Norway. Participants registering early will have the opportunity to highlight specific healthcare challenges, technologies or solution areas they would like to explore, allowing us to tailor parts of the programme accordingly.
